7-Day Return Policy

Most products sold on MyTrani are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Customers can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged

  • Wrong item was delivered

  • Product is defective

  • Size or item mismatch

  • Product received is significantly different from the description


Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice must be available

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Innerwear and personal care products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable”

  • Used or damaged products after delivery


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or wallet/bank account

  • COD orders may require bank account details for refund processing


Replacement Policy

Eligible products may qualify for:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Store credit

  • Full refund

depending on product availability and seller approval.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order will fall under the return policy.


Return Pickup

For eligible locations, pickup will be arranged by our delivery partners.
In some cases, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.


Important Note

MyTrani reserves the right to reject returns if:

  • Return request is found invalid

  • Product is used, damaged, or missing accessories

  • Excessive return behavior is detected
